Fellowships
A network of support for providers and families
We’re actively working to increase the number of qualified Reflective Supervision/Consultation providers who work with children and families in Oregon.

What is the Fellows Program?
Building Oregon’s capacity to deliver quality Reflective Supervision/Consultation.
The ORIMHA Fellows Program is a professional development initiative designed to train aspiring Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RS/C) providers, acting as a pipeline for new RS/C facilitators in Oregon’s workforce. Fellows participate in a structured program with education, mentorship, and guided implementation, ultimately aiming to expand access to high-quality RS/C for those supporting babies, young children, and families in home visiting programs.
