March 2025 Regional Coordination Partners Newsletter

Hello Regional Teams and Partners!

We are excited to announce that we all regions are ready to transition to tasks associated with the planning and installation stage of their Regional Alignment and Coordinated Response to Support Requests implementation.

As a reminder, progress on this work directly connects to elements Regional Service Providers are documenting in their required IECMH Consultation Implementation Plans.  Specifically, these tasks fulfill:

  • Installation 2c and 4d (both components):  Convene and/or collaborate with early learning system partners to develop processes and agreements for “regional teaming” of Warmline requests for support; Demonstrate collaborative partnerships with early learning system partners; and Demonstrate readiness to engage in a regional teaming response to Warmline requests for support.

  • Initial Implementation 4d (both components):  Demonstrate collaborative partnerships with early learning system partners; and Demonstrate readiness to engage in a regional teaming response to Warmline requests for support.

Wrapping up the Exploration Phase.

We are so grateful for your partnership in completing the Exploration Phase for Regional Alignment and Coordinated Response to Support Requests.  ORIMHA is working on two final activities to wrap up this phase:

  • Aggregate themes from responses to the Regional Baseline Survey (whether shared via Zoom conversation or the Google Form) will be shared with the Every Child Belongs Advisory Committee on Thursday, 03/13; and

  • Detailed regional profile draft will be sent to you for review by 03/31/2025.

Overview of the Planning + Installation Phase.

Please invite as many members of your regional response teams as possible (Hubs, EI/ECSE, CCR&R, RSPs, etc.). These collective perspectives will enrich the planning process and ensure comprehensive regional plans. Note, session recordings will be provided to all registrants–even if you cannot attend live.

We will wrap up this series when we gather in-person in Bend on May 1st and 2nd.  That gathering will be a time for sharing plans, networking opportunities, and celebrating the progress made so far.

Closing message.
